WATER MEMORIES

Water Memories is a multidisciplinary project that explores the emotional, ecological, and political dimensions of water through sound, storytelling, and site-specific installations. Bridging hybrid art and environmental awareness, the project collects testimonies, field recordings, and oral histories linked to bodies of water and their transformations across time. Through immersive audio, performative walks, and participatory actions, Water Memories invites audiences to reconnect with aquatic landscapes as living archives of memory and change. The project brings together artists, researchers, and local communities in an effort to reflect on water as both a resource and a shared cultural narrative. Rooted in slowness, listening, and care, it highlights the fragile interdependence between humans and natural ecosystems
