Festival ZERØ1 is S-LAB’s flagship event, dedicated to hybrid arts and digital cultures. Held annually in La Rochelle during the week leading up to Easter Monday, the festival transforms the city into a vibrant circuit of exhibitions, performances, installations, and workshops. Taking place across more than 25 heritage sites, ZERØ1 creates a unique dialogue between contemporary creation and the city’s historical architecture. The festival highlights experimental and interdisciplinary works that explore new relationships between art, science, and technology. As a dynamic platform, ZERØ1 also fosters exchange between artists, researchers, and the public, making it a key moment for showcasing emerging hybrid practices.

Except for the installations, festival events require a reservation. Most of them are free, except for the Dockyard.

The ZERO1 Festival is designed as a journey through the city, with more than 25 different venues. To find out where everything is happening, the best thing to do is visit the festival’s website: www.festivalzero1.com

In addition to the usual reservation platforms, you can also check the website of the La Rochelle Tourist Office: https://www.larochelle-tourisme.com

The lineup changes every year, and the list of DJs is usually announced about a month before the festival, around mid-March.
